ABOUT CONN CURRAN
Conn Curran is an Irish-blooded ex-bodyguard turned American crooner. His father, a famous member of the legendary vocal group “The Lettermen”, sang jazz classics and brazilian lullabies to him while he was still in his crib. He grew up the youngest of eight kids in an incredibly musical family. Growing up he harmonized with his parents and his brothers and sisters as early as he can remember.
Conn draws inspiration from his roots–influences like Harry Connick Jr., Frank Sinatra, and the music of Antonio Carlos Jobim— as well as his personal favorite, Nat King Cole. You’ll hear the rich history of American music in his sound, but you’ll also hear an international flair. Conn spent several years living in Mexico and speaks Spanish fluently, so he brings an international sensibility to his music.
You’ll often hear him sing in Portugese and Spanish.
Conn has performed for Jet Blue, Stella Artois, the Sundance Film Festival, eBay, Adobe, Nu Skin International, Xango, The Salvation Army, Utah Bride and Groom, as well as celebrities like Elizabeth Banks, Noah Huntley, Jane Lynch, Ellen Page, and many others. He’s shared the stage with many musical acts including Matisyahu, OAR, and Capital Cities.
His charismatic stage presence makes him an easy hit at any party or corporate function, and his concerts are known for setting a lush, classic, and romantic atmosphere.
